(Chairs Missing)Deathless pre-post-punk juggernauts Wire have come a long way in their thirty-five years and 47 ‘objects’ (soon to be 48!), and they made most of that progress between their first and second records, which, when you think about it, is fairly ridiculous.
Anyway. This is the best song they ever made, probably! Don’t feel bad Wire, the 45 other records/EPs/what-have-yous are pretty okay too.
